Who Created Texas Web Tutor?

Texas Web Tutor was created by a dedicated team of Texas Certified educators and programmers.

Is the program aligned with the EOC and STAAR tests?

Yes, the program was designed from the ground up to be aligned with both the EOC and STAAR tests.

Can students prepare for more than one test at a time?

Yes, students can prepare for up to three tests at a time.

How long does the program take to complete?

It depends, but a typical student takes around 36 hours to complete the program.

What grade levels are available?

Texas Web Tutor is available for math grades 6 through 12.

Are there solutions provided?

There are solutions provided on the lessons and practice exercises. No solutions are provided for the category tests.

How difficult are the questions?

The questions are designed to be similar in format and difficulty to actual STAAR questions. Click here to see a sample of our questions.

How do you prevent cheating?

All the questions and answer choices int he assessments are randomized to help prevent cheating.

Are the questions from the practice assignments the same as the ones on the assessments?

The questions used for assessments are pulled from a separate database than that one used for practice assignments.

Are the tests scored automatically?

Yes, all the exercises and tests are scored automatically. Students can save their work if they do not have time to finish an assessment.
